Yoga, Pilates, led walks, aqua-exercise, a colour analysis consultation and a massage Each day begins with a Sun Salutation yoga sequence to welcome the day followed by breakfast. Then Pilates based body conditioning. A led group walk is offered. Afternoons are free to explore. Aqua- exercise is offered for those on location. At 6pm, we gather by the pool to stretch and relax. A colour consultation and a massage is offered. Evening meals (except one) are included. Flights (not included) with Ryanair to Girona or with Easyjet to Barcelona. £550 for twin share, £650 for private room Molly Melhuish is the founder of Leafy Green Studio with 20 years experience teaching yoga and Pilates and practising massage. She is inspired by global wildlife and cultures and through Leafy Green Studio travels extensively to bring yoga, Pilates, massage and plant based medicine to the masses.
