Large, fenced, private garden with outdoor table and six chairs and barbecue
The tall Mediterranean pine tree in the centre of the garden provides natural shade for barbecues and eating al fresco with friends and family 
Lots of  space for relaxing in the sun, and the conifer hedging all around provides complete privacy and a safe environment for children to play

Views
Elevated views of the mature Mediterranean gardens of Mas Sant Nicolau and the hermitage. From the entrance, the distant mountain of Mare del Deu del Mont (1000m) can be seen over the surrounding woods and hills

In summer, the thick natural stone walls help to keep the cottage comfortably cool

The cast iron wood burning stove in the living room, and radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom give a cosy warmth during the winter evenings
