We will expand all levels of consciousness through Sound Journeys with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drumming, Chanting, Toning and Singing, Wind chimes and more.
We will overcome the illusion of separateness. We will still our minds and open our hearts. You will return home on winged heels, buzzing with resonant harmony and purified energy, feeling fitter, lighter, relaxed and restored. Filled with the energy of compassion that is released through sound & silence, movement & stillness. Swimming pool, tennis court, country & coastal walks by the snow-capped Pyrenees. Sea 30 mins away by car. (Afternoons free to relax by the pool or explore the area.) THE VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION You will have your own room (shared room option available) in one of seven comfortable self catering cottages, each one with two to four bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen/diner plus outdoor terrace or garden with table and chairs.Our 7 cottages are named after famous artists. Each cottage leads to the extensive gardens, pool and communal facilities so you have the best mix of private and shared space. Most activities are held outdoors in the Mediterranean gardens, with the large, light filled social room next to the swimming pool available too. The grounds are extensive, with different spaces including hammocks under the pine trees, sun and shade plus a communal kitchen, barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area. There are regular low cost flights to Gerona (40 minutes from Sant Nicolau) and Barcelona (90 minutes by car, 55 minutes by high speed train). Train options include Eurostar and high speed train through France. Mas Sant Nicolau is well connected with major road, rail and airport links. Whether you are a seasoned traveller or coming for the first time, you will find helpful information and useful links here to help you plan your stay. Getting here couldn't be easier. Car hire or car share is STRONGLY recommended as Sant Nicolau is 3km outside the village on a country lane (no direct public transport). Airport transfers by arrangement if you don't have a car.
